Embrace yourself and step forward

 When I decided to make a career change my fear of change was matched only by my need to change. Barbara helped me sort through both and devise what I can now consider a winning strategy. As a career coach her approach and structure in addition to her ability to hear and more importantly listen helped me get over my apprehensions and on to a better career opportunity.  

She guided me to discover there was an imbalance between my work and personal life. We used professional wheel of life tool which was great for me to visualize and point the area of my professional life that needs to change. I found the session very motivating and I left it energized to take action.
